The TW hybrid festival will begin online with two days of dialogue and inquiry focussed on the following questions;
How will technology accelerate and enable us to do the best work we have ever done?
How do we create a culture that wins the trust and loyalty of our best people?
What can we learn from the greatest athletes and sports teams in history?
If we can work from anywhere, what will the office of the future look like?
What can nature teach us about how to design our organisational structures and processes?
How do we define and measure success in a way that enables collaboration and wellbeing?
How do we create an authentic employer brand?
How do we build diverse and engaged talent networks?
How can your organisation do more to tackle climate change and regenerate natural ecosystems?
How can your organisation do more to make a meaningful social impact in your local community?
Where are the most inspiring locations to host team offsites and gatherings?
Who are the best facilitators, coaches, consultants and wellness practitioners?
We will then flow into a decentralised and co-created weekend festival, where we will dance, dine and gather in person across the world.
We are inviting leaders from across industry to speak and contribute to the content of the festival. Please contact email@example.com to nominate yourself and/or someone from your network.
We are partnering with organisations who wish to participate in our hybrid festival. Please email us if you would like to nominate an organisation.
THE WORKATION VILLAGE
Our physical home for the event will be a magical place in Piemonte, Italia called The Workation Village. Up to one hundred people can live in the village and we hope that many of us can gather in person and colive / cowork together in the days and weeks after the online part of Transform Work is complete.
BEYOND THE EVENT
We have designed the TW experience to be as playful, participatory and practical as possible.
Throughout the event we be will co-creating interactive Airtable resources and Miro-maps full of ideas, links and stories that we can continue to build and make use of after the event. We will also continue to create sub-groups and local meetups so that we can all stay connected.
The most exciting breakthroughs of the 21st century will not occur because of technology but because of an expanding concept of what it means to be human.
- John Naisbitt
Now is the moment to look beyond the silos of our own organisations and explore the big questions, together.
